On February 16-17, the Akfes-Seio Hotel hosted Arkady Litvinov’s program “Quantum Leap – A New Level”.
Owners of various companies, line managers and managers of the first and second levels took part in the program.
The goals of the program were:
- – increasing the awareness of employees in the implementation of standards;
- – reaching a qualitatively new level of setting and achieving goals;
- – creating an atmosphere of constructive cooperation among employees;
- – increasing the level of trust and responsibility for personal and overall results;
- – increasing the need for self-education and development;
- – increase in psycho-emotional level;
- – development or strengthening of the competencies needed in teamwork: responsibility, focus on results, involvement, etc.
TD “Shmakovskaya” became a partner of the last event and provided Artesian water “Natural” so that all participants could quench their thirst during the program.
