«Shmakovskaya» joined the All-Russian campaign “10,000 steps to life”, the slogan of which is “Extending life with every step”.
On this day doctors and other residents of Vladivostok gathered on Tsesarevich Embankment. Cold wind and rain did not prevent those wishing to improve their health.
We not only walked that day, but also learned what laughing therapy is, it includes humor and breathing practice.
We express our deep gratitude to the Head Physician of the Vladivostok Clinical and Diagnostic Center Angela Kabieva, as well as to the VKDC team for the tremendous emotions and positive emotions with which the Shmakovskaya team was loaded at least until the next walk.
