Shmakovskaya took part in the annual “Nordic Walking” Festival

Shmakovskaya was lucky enough to become partners of the open annual festival “Nordic Walking”, which was held in the village of Bezverkhovo, on Sidimi recreation base from August 20 to 25. More than 300 lovers of Nordic walking and a healthy lifestyle gathered on the shores of Peter Veliky Bay. The participants had a very rich five-day program: daily sports activities, yoga in the open air, lectures from the nutritionist of the Primorye Center for Dietetics and Healthy Lifestyle of the FEFU – Tatyana Harzman, who talked about proper nutrition and daily drinking regime.
